Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering this competition, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Furthermore, you verify that you are unaware of any reason legally prohibiting you from entering this competition and, if the competition requires the submission of personal information, that you have the necessary consent and authority to do so, if required.
  2. Any entrant who contravenes the rules of the competition may be disqualified from the competition.
  3. The promoters are: Nova Investments and Jumanji African Tour Brokers.
  4. The rules can only be modified by the promoters in a written revision posted on the official competition website or other communication methods.
  5. You may only enter this competition if you are a citizen and permanent resident of South Africa, 50 years and older, retired or planning to retire.
  6. The competition will run from 9 July 2025 until 00h00 on 31 December 2025. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
  7. To enter the competition: Fill out the competition form and submit it on our official WhatsApp number or email address.
  8. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  9. Three winners will be drawn at random at the end of the competition based on their valid entry.
  10. The prizes are neither negotiable nor transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
  11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  12. The winner will be notified by email and/or SMS within 30 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, or chooses to decline the prize, then their prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn as soon as possible.
  13. The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions not mentioned hereunder, but in accordance with relevant South African legislation. The promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any unforeseen reason.
  14. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this competition.
  15. Participants understand and agree that in order to offer the competition, the promoter must collect and use personal information about participants.
  16. The promoters reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time if deemed necessary in their own opinion or if circumstances arise outside of their control.
  17. You may not enter the competition if you are a director, member, partner, employee, tenant (or employee of a tenant), agent, consultant or supplier to the promoters, or their respective spouses, partners, family members (parents, siblings and children), business partners or associates.
  18. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to receive further communication and direct marketing material from the promoter, and their holding and subsidiary companies.
  19. By entering this competition, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
  20. It will be the responsibility of the entrants to ensure that they have a valid passport if they win the competition. The dates of the cruise cannot be changed due to a delay in obtaining valid documentation.
  21. Participants in this competition hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless the promoters and their successors, employees, officers, suppliers, contractors, agents, consultants, directors and shareholders from and against any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, liability for harm, injury or death, demands, expenses or any costs howsoever arising out of their participation in this competition or their use of the prizes, and/or any person with whom they share that prize.
  22. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with WhatsApp, Facebook or any other social media platform. You are providing your information to the promoter and not to any other party.
  23. Please note that the selected winners must possess a valid passport. This passport must be obtained on their own expense before the trip. The company and sponsors will not cover any passport-related expenses for the winners and they will not accept responsibility if the winners do not have a valid passport at the time of the trip.
